May you enter spaces where you are seen, understood and celebrated…May we cease waiting for it and begin creating it.

Generation Therapy is covered by employer benefits.

Sessions from Generation Therapy can be submitted to your health insurance as services provided by a Registered Social Worker.

  • • Individuals: $160/hour
    • Couples: $200/hour
    • Consultations: Free/30min

As services provided by a Registered Social Worker, the rates above are tax-exempt and therefore reflect the total charge per session.

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, and Debit Mastercard.

Unfortunately, direct billing is not available unless you are registered with IFHP or NIHB. Otherwise, you must make the session payments, after which I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours ahead of the scheduled session. Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged the full session rate.

  • Therapy and mental health services are expensive and inaccessible to the vast majority of us. Discounted options such as sliding scale are still very expensive. And free therapy options often times entirely ignore our right to choose who we receive services from and what we receive from them.

In response, I am working on launching a Therapy Fund outside of the typical public/non-profit model to help increase access to quality psychotherapy services.

    Please stay tuned for details.

In the meantime, I am offering sliding scale/discounted therapy. Please contact me at hello@generationtherapy.ca for more details.

  • I am a registered provider with Medavie Bluecross which means I can provide direct billing for clients registered with Canada’s Interim Federal Health Benefit Program (IFHP) and Indigenous Services Canada’s Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB).
